Legendary was made in a custom swap for NordicPonyBoy. (Sorry NPB, hope I'm not spoiling the surprise, but I couldn't wait any longer to post pictures!) His mane is a mix of apoxie sculpt and actual peacock feather tufts, he has cloven hooves, and of course a lion/peacock tail.

How did you sculpt the tail?

The tail has a wire core, anchored inside the body. I rolled the clay onto the wire and smoothed it while it was sticking straight out, then after the clay hardened just a little, I twisted the tail into shape.

No, don't be sorry for the late reply (as I kinda forgot that I'd asked you the question).

I'm glad to get any help I can, and this will certainly help future tails that I do. I did one already, but I curved the tail into the position that I wanted before I put the clay. It's kinda lumpy. :\ But, the next one should be better! Thank you so much!
